Delivery Information
All parcels are sent using DHL Express service for domestic (UK) and International which is calculated at checkout on weight of item(s)
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email with a tracking/waybill number so you can monitor delivery progress of your parcel(s).
**Note unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, so when ordering please enter a valid residential or commercial delivery address**
For International order (customers outside of the UK) please note that there may be additional import duties and/or local taxes payable upon arrival to your country with your local Customs office, this will be vary and be determined by your local laws and taxes applied to imported goods (this is not charged at checkout, only the shipping cost is charged and does NOT include any import duties)
We aim to dispatch all orders with items that are in stock within 2 working days if not the same day where possible. Orders after 1.00 PM will usually go out the following day providing they are in stock. Items on backorder generally have a lead time of 10-14 days. This can vary so if you need an item that is on back order urgently please check with us for lead times before ordering.
Returns
Ordering by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item (any difference in price of the original vs exchange item will either be refund or invoiced, including the exchange postage).
Conditions for accepted returns:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless goods were faulty and a refund is made we will cover the delivery charge.
Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging.
Once goods have been received we will inspect them for damage and issue a refund, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be available.
All returns from outside the United Kingdom must be sent as a ‘Return’ with your chosen courier, not an export. Any import fees incorrectly incurred by the return will be deducted from the product refund.
All refunds are made in £GBP as per order though the website.
